Focalin XR (dexmethylphenidate HCL) is a once-daily central nervous system stimulant ADHD medication primarily used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity dFocalin XR (Generic Name: dexmethylphenidate HCL) isorder (ADHD or ADD) in children ages 6-12, adolescents, and adults.
